What AI does, and what I do
Most “AI CRO” promises sound like a robot that optimizes your store on its own. That isn’t how it works, and stores that try it usually end up with lots of noise and few real wins. The value comes from splitting the work the right way:
| Step | AI does | I do |
|---|---|---|
| Find the leaks | Reads analytics and thousands of sessions in hours, finds the pages and steps where buyers drop off | Decides which leaks are worth money and which are noise |
| Listen to customers | Groups thousands of reviews, surveys and support messages by doubt: fit, trust, delivery, price | Turns the biggest doubts into test ideas |
| Prioritize | Estimates the revenue each idea could move from your traffic and order value | Picks the test order and plans the traffic so each test can reach a result |
| Build | Designs, writes and codes the variant in your store’s style, in hours | Reviews every variant, on mobile and desktop, for brand, accuracy and honesty |
| Analyze | Pulls the numbers and segments: device, new vs returning, traffic source | Decides what a result means, keeps the winners and plans the next test from what we learned |
The result: the senior strategy of an agency lead and the output of a full CRO team, at a lower cost than most agencies charge for one or two tests a month.
Why this beats a traditional CRO agency
A traditional agency pays a strategist, analyst, designer, developer and copywriter for every test. That’s why most run one or two tests a month and charge $5,000–$15,000 for it.
| Traditional CRO agency | AI CRO with me | |
|---|---|---|
| Time to build one test | 2–4 weeks | Hours to a couple of days |
| Tests a month | 1–2 | As many as your traffic supports |
| Who you talk to | An account manager | Me, directly |
| Price | $5,000–$15,000 a month | From $4,000 a month |
| Judged on | Often conversion rate or clicks | Revenue per visitor, conversion rate on high-ticket stores |
More tests matter because most ideas don’t win. Across the industry, only a minority of A/B tests produce a clear winner. Ten tests a year might give you two or three wins; fifty tests can give you a dozen, and wins stack on top of each other.
Real tests built with AI
| Test | Result |
|---|---|
| Customer videos and a brand story on the mobile homepage | +12% conversion, +33% revenue per visitor, +$58,094 in one month |
| Product page rebuilt around customers’ doubts | +13% conversion rate |
| Video instead of a photo as the main product image | +9% conversion, +11% revenue per visitor, +$57,644 |
| One five-star review under Add to Cart (almost 1M visitors) | +8% revenue per visitor, +$67,365 |
| Honest low-stock counter (46 days, ~70,000 add-to-carts) | +5.84% cart-to-purchase at 98% confidence, ~$68,000 |
Not every test wins, and I show the ones that lose too. On one high-ticket store, a review block that “should” have helped cut orders by more than half, and I stopped it on day seven. (Six tests, winners and losers.)
The rules that keep AI CRO honest
- Judge on money. Revenue per visitor on most stores; conversion rate on high-ticket stores, where one big order can distort revenue.
- No early calls. Each test has a planned length and a minimum sample. I don’t call a result under 90% confidence, with one exception: a test that is clearly losing is stopped early to protect your sales.
- No fake urgency. No countdowns that reset, no “only 1 left” that’s never true. They win a click and lose a customer.
- One change, one answer. Tests on the same page are planned so their effects don’t mix.
- Every winner is written down, so the next test builds on what you learned.
What you get
- A full AI-assisted CRO audit: homepage, collections, product pages, cart and checkout, with leaks ranked by what they cost. (What the audit covers.)
- A testing roadmap from your customers’ real doubts.
- Done-for-you A/B tests, designed, written, coded, checked and launched.
- Analysis of every test and a monthly report on revenue per visitor, conversion rate, order value and profit.
- Direct access to me throughout.
Done-for-you AI CRO starts at $4,000 a month. What’s included and the payback math: CRO pricing.
Who this is for
A good fit if you: make at least $100,000 a month, get 10,000+ visitors a month, and can commit to at least six months of testing. At $100,000 a month, 10% more conversion is about $10,000 more revenue every month.
Not a fit yet if you: are just starting out without traffic, want a magic button that doubles sales overnight, or aren’t willing to change anything on your site. Start with the free calculators and the ecommerce KPI checker instead.
